Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at orders @luxuryoudh.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Damages: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Processing Refunds:

Exchanges
